Hall of Fame Songwriter of Legendary “Tennessee Whiskey”, Dean Dillon, Performs July 20th

BRISTOL, TN – East Tennessee Native Dean Dillon, the most prolific and successful country songwriter alive today arrives at The Paramount Center for the Arts July 20th at 8pm.

Dean is credited with writing 55 songs for George Strait alone. From George Jones to Christ Stapleton and Kenney Chesney, Dean Dillon has written for them all.

Best known for penning “Tennessee Whiskey,” he has seventeen #1 country hits under his belt and is highly regarded within the industry. Dillon has written “Ocean Front Property,” “The Chair,” “Nobody in his Right Mind Would’ve left her”, “Drinkin Man,” “Marina Del Ray,” and many others.

In 2002, he was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame

A new documentary film about Mr. Dillon will be released in the fall, from which this preview will be screened before the show.
